CSV with columns: Name, Term, Area, Address (term must be 60, 59, 58, 57, or 46; Area and Address are optional — if a column is left out, existing values are kept). Matches by name — existing customers get updated, new ones get added. Tip: use Export customers on the Customers tab, fill in addresses in Excel, and upload it back here.
